Mixed experience. Some issues noted
decent amount of spacebad attitude
the location was good for getting around. the room itself had a decent amount of space.
The staff's attitude was disappointing. i asked about a signature on the ticket, the reception guy gave me a bad attitude. It was not helpful, an impatient tone.

The room was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine (such a nice touch!).
The entrance lacked a reception desk. It was unclear where to check in. The parking was full, and I could not park there. Breakfast was chaotic, far too crowded for the small space available.

The breakfast was varied. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries! i enjoyed the convenience of an in-room coffee machine, a real treat each morning. the location was stellar. I could easily reach the metro for quick trips! siham at check-in.
i noticed the hallway carpets showed a bit of wear, but it didn't affect my stay much.

The room provided a comfortable space with good soundproofing. I didn't hear outside noise. ample storage was available. It made keeping the room tidy effortless. the room was clean and well kept.

The hotel features a luggage storage area. i found it very useful for storing my bags after check-out! the elevator service was quick and efficient. I waited only briefly. the hotel offers free wifi. I had no problem connecting.
